Najeeb is the Managing Director at Tinsley Park Partners, a private investment firm based in Houston, Texas, where he is responsible for all activities including sourcing, valuation, transaction structuring, portfolio management, and firm administration.
Prior to TPP, Najeeb was at Hastings Equity Partners. He has also held roles at First Capital (acquired by Ares Capital Management), Rockspring Capital, Asian Tiger Capital Partners, and began his career at Pershing LLC, a former subsidiary of Credit Suisse.

Douglas Groat

Douglas is an Investment Manager at Tinsley Park Partners, responsible for valuation, transaction structuring, portfolio management, and firm operations.
Prior to TPP, Douglas spent six years at Värde Partners as a Director. Before Värde, he was a private equity associate at Ridgemont Equity Partners and an investment banker at Macquarie Capital.

Jeff Noland
Investor, Founder & Mentor · Operations & Finance
Jeff is an Operating Partner at Tinsley Park Partners, where he focuses on operations and finance functions. He brings over 25 years of operational finance and leadership experience.
As co-founder, CFO, and COO of DartPoints, he led the company from startup to a $30M+ business before its sale to a private equity firm. He began his career in investment banking and at Siebel Systems in Silicon Valley.
